Items do not fit or not as expected? No problem! Items can be returned to us free of charge.
After receiving the items, you have 14 days to return them to us using the return documents made available by email. Alternatively, you can find the return documents on your online customer account. There are no additional costs. International customers should observe the following instructions!
Return documents will be made available to you by e-mail or on your online customer account. Unfortunately, these documents cannot be sent to you by post.
You can choose from the following return options:
- Replacement/reorder (postage paid)
- Crediting of your customer account towards prepayment for a future order
Simply enter your preferred option on the return note so that we can take it into account when processing your return.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

Item is damaged/Incorrect delivery
If the delivered item is not what you ordered or is damaged, contact our Customer Service for assistance. Further helpful information can be found on the reverse of the delivery note included in the package.
Please only use our free DHL return mailing label for returning items. For customers within Germany, the return mailing label is attached to the e-mail with the return documents on the last page of the PDF document.
Important information for our international customers
You will already have received the return note by e-mail. As the included return mailing label is not postage paid, to avoid having to pay postage costs, a free return mailing label can be generated via the following link:
You can access the DHL return portal via the link for your country, where you can enter your address and order number (e.g. customer or invoice number). The free return mailing label will subsequently be sent to you by e-mail.
