Heres an overview of our Payment Methods.

How it works:

You choose cash on delivery as payment method.
Your order will be forwarded to our shipping department immediately.
Upon delivery you´ll pay the purchase amount plus EUR 5.10 COD charge directly to your mailman.
In case you´re not at home the mailman will drop a notification card in your mailbox. You can pick up and pay for your order at your next post office.

Please note:

In case of returns, please enter your bank details on the return slip, so we can transfer refunds to your bank account (account holder and IBAN within Germany; account holder, BIC, and IBAN outside Germany).

How it works:

You chose credit card as payment method.
Your Credit Card data will not be saved. Your data is encrypted via Triple-DES 128 SSL.
We won´t charge your credit card until your order is ready for shipment.

We don't have any minimum or maximum sales for payments via credit card.
In case of returns, please enter your bank details on the return slip so we can transfer refunds to your bank account (account holder and IBAN within Germany; account holder, BIC, and IBAN outside Germany). We don´t transfer refunds to credit cards..

How it works:

Youll receive an e-mail including the necessary transfer information and bank details as soon as your order has been processed.
Youll transfer the purchase amount to our account.
As soon as we receive the payment, we´ll ship your order.

How it works:

You create an account on PayPal for free.
You enter your bank or credit card details once (your data isn´t visible to others, including us).
If you want to place an order with us, click the PayPal button. Upon that we´ll receive a confirmation from PayPal and we´ll start the shipping process of your order.

Please note:

In case of returns, we automatically transfer refunds to your PayPal account. You don´t need to enter additional bank details on the return slip.

How it works:

If you want to use direct banking with a Dutch bank account, click the iDEAL button.
Choose a bank.
iDEAL redirects you to the online banking portal of your bank. You log in as usual.
You confirm the payment.
You´ll receive a confirmation from your bank immediately.
You go back to our shop and your order. The payment is completed.

Please note:

In case of returns, we automatically transfer refunds to your iDEAL account. You don´t need to enter additional bank details on the return slip.

How it works:

Click the SOFORT Überweisung button.
Choose a bank.
In the login section of the secure payment form you´ll log in with your usual online banking login details. The encrypted information will be transferred to your online banking.
Youll enter a TAN as usual.
We´ll send you an order confirmation.
