In case you want to return an item, please read the following information:
An item doesn’t fit you or your taste? No Problem! We offer free exchanges and returns.
You can return items within 14 days after delivery.
For refunds choose refund; for depositing credit on your customer account choose customer credit.
Upon processing your return (takes 7-10 business days after delivery), we’ll immediately ship your exchange items or transfer the refund.
Returns must be in a resalable condition (unworn as well as all tags and labels attached).

You’ve received a damaged or wrong item?
In case you’ve received a damaged (reason 01) or wrong (reason 02) item, please enter the according reason for your return in the table at the bottom of the return slip.
How to return an item?
Customers within Germany: In order to send free returns within Germany, please always use the prepaid DHL return label at the bottom of the return slip.
International customers: In order to send free returns from outside Germany you need to create a printable return label online. Please don’t use the label at the bottom of the return slip from outside Germany! Customers from the following countries will find the necessary information on how and where to create the return label in their online customer accounts:
Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Slovakia, Ireland, Finland, Slovenia, Poland, Denmark, Belgium, Bulgaria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Austria, Cyprus, Germany, Estonia, United Kingdom, Romania, and the Netherlands.
We won’t send you a receipt confirmation for your return. Thus, please remember to note the tracking number given on your return label, so you can track your return. PayPal and Amazon payments will be refunded to the respective accounts automatically. Please keep in mind that international shipping may take some time.
